Somatics Series

Over this 2-week series you will learn slow and gentle exercise to release tension, ease pain, develop sensory awareness of your body and improve the the way your body moves. Classes will include an explanation of Hanna Somatic Education, guided exercises and time for discussion and questions.

$65 before March 31, $70 after
